1 Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern the use of the p777 platform, including the website, mobile app, and all related services provided by p777 ("Platform", "We"). By accessing or using any part of this Platform, you ("User", "Member", "You") agree to be fully bound by this Agreement.

This Agreement takes effect from the date you register an account or, if you have used the Platform prior to registration, from the date of your first use. Continued use of the Platform after any amendments to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the amended terms.

P777 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The "Updated" date at the top of this document indicates when the last changes were made.

2 Eligibility & Registration Requirements

To register and use p777 services, you must meet all of the following requirements without exception:

• Be at least 18 years old or the age of majority under the laws of your jurisdiction of residence, whichever is higher.
• Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under applicable law.
• Not reside in any jurisdiction where use of this Platform is prohibited or restricted by local law.
• Not hold more than one (1) active account on the p777 Platform at any time.
• Never have been closed or banned from the p777 Platform for any reason previously.
• Register with truthful, accurate, current, and complete information as requested during the registration process.

P777 reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide the required documentation within the specified timeframe may result in your account being temporarily suspended or permanently terminated.

3 User Account & Security Responsibilities

Each member is only permitted to hold one (1) account on the p777 Platform. Holding multiple accounts under the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or identifying information — is prohibited and may result in termination of all associated accounts along with forfeiture of all balances and winnings.

You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account username and password.
• All activity that occurs under your account, whether authorised or not.
• Ensure your personal information is kept current and accurate in our system.
• Report to p777 immediately if you suspect your account has been compromised or accessed without authorisation.

P777 recommends enabling the two-factor authentication (2FA) feature available in your account settings for an added layer of security. Even without 2FA, all accounts are protected by our always-on 256-bit SSL encryption.

The Know Your Customer (KYC) process is required before your first withdrawal. Documents that may be requested include a valid government-issued ID (MyKad or passport), proof of current address, and proof of ownership of the payment method. The verification process is typically completed within 24 to 48 business hours.

4 Depositing & Withdrawing Funds

P777 supports a wide range of payment methods popular in Malaysia, including online bank transfers via all major Malaysian banks, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, and other digital wallets listed on the platform's payment page.

Deposit Conditions:

• The minimum deposit is RM10 for most payment methods.
• All deposits are processed instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider.
• You may only deposit funds from a payment method registered in your own name.
• P777 does not accept deposits from third parties or sources of unknown origin.
• Any deposit suspected to be from illegal sources will be held and reported to the relevant authorities.

Withdrawal Conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal is RM30, or as per the limits set for the specific payment method.
• Withdrawals to e-wallets are processed within 15 to 30 minutes after approval.
• Withdrawals to bank accounts are processed within one to two business days.
• KYC verification must be completed before the first withdrawal request can be processed.
• P777 reserves the right to request additional documentation for withdrawals exceeding certain limits as an anti-money laundering measure.

5 Bonuses, Promotions & Rollover Requirements

P777 offers a wide range of bonuses and promotions for both new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions stated in each promotional offer. The following general terms apply to all bonuses unless otherwise stated:

• Each bonus carries a rollover requirement that must be met before winnings from bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• Rollover requirements are typically between 5x and 30x the bonus amount, depending on the type of promotion.
• The timeframe for meeting rollover requirements is stated in each offer — typically between 7 and 30 calendar days.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or converted directly to cash.
• If you make a withdrawal before meeting the rollover requirements, the bonus balance and any associated winnings will be automatically forfeited.
• P777 reserves the right to withdraw or modify any promotion at any time without prior notice.

Abuse of the bonus system — including but not limited to using multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, arbitrage betting, or other techniques deemed to be exploiting promotions — will result in cancellation of all bonuses and possible account termination.

6 Game Rules and Outcomes

All games available on the p777 Platform use a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been independently audited by an accredited third-party body. This ensures that every game outcome is truly random and fair for all players.

All game results are final and not subject to dispute unless a verified technical error has occurred. In the event of a technical error affecting a game outcome:

• P777 reserves the right to void any affected game rounds and refund the original wagers.
• Any winnings generated from a technical error are void and will not be paid out.
• Results displayed by the system are considered final unless there is clear evidence of a technical error.

The RTP (Return to Player) value for each slot game is available in the respective game information. Minimum and maximum betting limits for each game are displayed before the game begins.

7 Prohibited Conduct

Use of the p777 Platform is subject to strict standards of conduct. The following are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination and legal action:

• Fraud and manipulation: Any attempt to cheat, hack, manipulate, or interfere with the Platform's systems.
• Money laundering: Using the Platform for money laundering or financing illegal activities.
• Bonus abuse: Using multiple accounts or other methods to abuse the bonus system.
• Automated software: Using bots, automated scripts, or third-party software to play or monitor games.
• Technical disruption: Any attempt to exploit bugs, errors, or technical vulnerabilities in our systems.
• Unauthorised collusion: Colluding with other players in games that prohibit such conduct (e.g. poker).
• Identity fraud: Registering with false information or using another person's identity.

P777 employs a sophisticated monitoring system that operates around the clock to detect any suspicious or rule-violating activity. We reserve the right to investigate any account suspected of engaging in prohibited conduct.

8 Account Termination and Suspension

P777 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any member's account at any time, with or without prior notice, for the following reasons:

• Violation of any part of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected or confirmed fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activities.
• Failure to complete the KYC verification process within the stipulated timeframe.
• Requests from legal authorities or relevant regulatory bodies.
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months.

If your account is terminated for legitimate reasons without any breach on your part, any remaining balance in the account (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to you via the original payment method within 7 business days.

You may also close your account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Please note that once your account is closed at your own request, all bonus balances will be automatically forfeited.

9 Liability Limits & Disclaimer

The p777 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every effort to ensure the platform operates perfectly at all times, we cannot guarantee that the service will always be free from interruptions, delays, or technical errors.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, p777 is not liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the Platform.
• Service disruptions due to system maintenance, events beyond our control, or third-party network failures.
• Data loss resulting from technical failures beyond our reasonable control.
• Any acts or omissions by third parties, including payment providers and game software providers.

In all circumstances, p777's maximum liability to you shall not exceed the total active balance in your account at the time the claim arises.

10 Amendments to Terms and Conditions

P777 reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time at our sole discretion. Amendments will take effect immediately upon being posted on the Platform, unless a different effective date is expressly stated.

We will endeavour to provide reasonable notice of material changes to these Terms via in-platform notifications or by email to your registered address. However, it remains your responsibility to review this page periodically for any updates.

Continued use of the Platform after any changes to these Terms are published constitutes your acceptance of the amended terms. If you disagree with the amendments made, you have the right to close your account and withdraw any eligible balance.

If a dispute cannot be resolved internally, either party may refer the matter to the relevant arbitration or regulatory body under the applicable jurisdiction. The decision of the arbitration body shall be final and binding on both parties.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be reinterpreted to the extent necessary to make it valid, and the remaining provisions of these Terms will continue in full force and effect.
